"This was for an overnight stay due to cancelled flights. The front desk gentleman was as nice and gracious as he could be, but their system is terrible. I waited 30 minutes to check in, all four customers before me had troubles from occupied rooms to the wrong type of room. My assigned room was occupied when I tried to enter it, they gave me another one. Someone tried to enter my room at 2 AM. When checking out, the elevator locked up on me and the card key wouldn’t let me out, I had to phone the front desk. The room itself was clean and modern, but the management leaves much to be desired."

"Room was clean, comfortable bed, pillows. Some of the walls in the bathroom were uneven. The door in the shower was loose and difficult to open you had to push hard. But over all very clean. In my first stay the drain in the shower was clogged. I waited till the next day texted the front desk, stated what happened and asked for a complimentary upgrade, and got a text immediately and was upgraded to a room with a terrace, too bad it was raining I was not able to enjoy it. The staff was good but wish they would have had the desk greet you more friendly and explain what was available in the hotel, like complimentary breakfast and from what time to what time what was available the area. Just being a bit more informative would make you come back.Air conditioning was great. Unfortunately I did not have the breakfast in the hotel, but it looked appealing. The lobby was beautiful and looked very luxurious."

"My stay at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing overall. The staff members we interacted with were kind and polite, which I truly appreciated. However, when we went to pick up our luggage, there was nobody supervising the front area, meaning literally anyone could have walked away with our belongings. That felt very careless and unsafe. The facilities felt poorly maintained and outdated, and the mattresses were extremely worn out and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to rest properly. One of the worst design choices was installing a motion-sensor light switch inside the room. The light would turn on every 10 minutes during the night, constantly waking us up and interrupting our sleep. The elevator was also extremely small and looked neglected, which is surprising considering the large number of guests the hotel accommodates. The only real positives I can mention are the affordable price and the fact that breakfast was included. The breakfast area was clean, and while there was not a huge variety of options, there was enough food available and it was decent overall."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times, and unfortunately the customer service has been consistently disappointing. Staff have often been dismissive, unfriendly, and made me feel unwelcome during check-in. As a gay woman, I felt judged based on my appearance and uncomfortable with the way I was treated. I brought my concerns to the Manager on Duty, but all I received was an apology and no real effort to address the issue. The location is convenient, but the customer service needs significant improvement."
