We were surprised by a lovely cake and decorations for our room for our honeymoon. The staff are super friendly and tentative. The entire staff work together to make sure we get the best service. Sadewa was very friendly and attend to our every needs during breakfast. He has support from, Sutrisna, Diaksa, and Dewi when he’s busy with other guests so we are always attend to. Our room came with butler service and Agus made our trip stress-free with any questions or needs taken care of. Such a wonderful resort and a distressing time after the wedding. Thank you to the entire Maya staff from the front desk, housekeeping, kitchen, engineering, and butler service making our trip the most relaxing and enjoyable. We will definitely come back every year."

"We liked everything about this 5 star hotel. Half an hour from the airport in light traffic gets you to this oasis of peace and tranquility. Water fountains, ponds, ducks. A brilliant breakfast - definitely worth paying extra for. Beautiful swimming pools. Not cheap - but you get what you pay for."

"Swiss-Belresort Watu Jimbar has everything we need and the staff make us very welcome. We were grateful for the up-graded room. The swimming pool is excellent. Breakfast is plentiful. There are many restaurants and shops out the front of Swiss-Bel, otherwise the hotel has theme night dinners at the hotel on certain nights."
