All the staff was very friendly and welcoming! A few even took the time to chat and made an effort to remember my name and would greet me with my first name. The pool was great ! At the right time of day it had great sun exposure. I thought the food was prepared very well in both restaurants. Overall would recommend, as well as book again with Prime 👌

The property is in great need of maintenance, the rooms are dated and worn out. There’s roaches and ants living in the open spaces around the bathroom door frame. The bathroom had a horrible stinky smell. The pool was dirty from all the trees. They had multiple events throughout our stay so there was random people around the lobby area. The breakfast was so bland. Very limited options. Over cooked. Not fresh baked goods and pastries. Oily foods.
