"Great hotel in a great location. We had a really good price for the room as well. The decor of our room was a bit dated but nothing to complain as it was clean and comfortable for a family of 3. The staff were really lovely as well ad gave us vouchers for the bar. My partner does not like lifts and the stairs are a bit hard to find but we were on one of the lower floors so didn't affect us. Would recommend and return (requesting a floor on a lower floor!)"

"Great location for access from Paddington Station. On bus and tube routes into London Centre. Hotel reception staff very professional answering all questioning. Security was excellent, rooms clean, beds comfortable and showers hot and great pressure. Breakfast was plentiful and hot. We stayed 4 nights and would recommend. "

"This place isn’t fancy or full of amenities, but it is consistently clean, comfortable, convenient and really good value. I’ve stayed here twice, almost 3 years apart, and it remains a charming option in a busy area full of overpriced hotels. The staff is super friendly and kind. I would stay here again. "
