"This property is beautiful. The staff is amazing, very attentive and willing to go above and beyond to make your experience the best possible. The only negative was the gym is small and the afternoon entertainment could be better all though The Michael Jackson show was great."

"Beautiful resort, very clean. The room was perfect for us. Only wish was there was a second bathroom. It was super spacious so that wasn’t the issue, just not having a second toilet with 4 people in the room (2 kids/2 adults). The “restaurants” were great food, staff and ambience. Problem was availability. Between long lines and Conflicting information (what time and day) on the website and on site made extra trips/walking tiresome. The hibachi spot was the best followed by the Italian spot and Los Loiros. Buffet was solid but between the lines and inconsistent “opening times” it was annoying. There isn’t any line that etiquette which was frustrating when you have kids who were waiting for food. Ask for extra meals/portions and they are on the smaller side (restaurants). The upsell on the timeshare was interesting but not pushy. Wasn’t on site for 24 hours and already was getting the sales pitch. The “reward” was a nice touch. Good offer there. The price for bug spray and sun tan lotion was crazy expensive at the shop. Water park was great for the kids. No lines, plenty of space and served food during lunch times. Made the stay worth instead of packing up and going to the room to change etc. The beach is non existent. This resort isn’t known for the beach but it had a nice ambiance a night. Despite the complaints above, it was a great stay. Would definitely recommend this resort to others and it is very kid friendly. It is upcoming and work in progress. Kieve was fantastic."

The food was delicious, and there was so much to enjoy, with plenty of activities, events, and options to make the stay memorable. The resort truly has everything you need to relax, have fun, and enjoy a fantastic vacation. I had such a great time that I’m already looking forward to coming back and exploring even more of what the resort has to offer. I would definitely return with my family and friends. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an enjoyable and unforgettable getaway!"
