"I had a lovely room, it is a beautiful hotel. I really enjoyed every minute there. The staff are wonderful. I enjoyed Spas services, I had two excursions booked through the hotel. I had a blasin at the cenote and parasailing. Every evening there was different show. I loved the Mescian show, why do they call it "Other services" it should be called fabulous seriveces. I would go back there in a minute."

"We absolutely loved staying here! We had a swim out room right near the party pool and loved it! They had activities everyday and the staff is so welcoming and sweet! The bellhop guys remembered us by name and everyday they greeted us everytime we saw him! The entertainment team is so much fun too! Saturday’s foam party is amazing and coco bongo was the best time ever! Only thing I will say that I didn’t enjoy was how early we had to get up to reserve a chair by the pool seeing that it’s first come first serve. 100% though would recommend coming here to anyone who wants to have a good time and meet some great people! "

"Un all-inclusive calme pour se relaxer. Endroit propre et le personnel est courtois. Pas beaucoup d’ambiance à mon goût pour un « adult only ». Pas beaucoup de choix pour le buffet mais par contre on ne manque de rien. Et ça reste un 5 étoiles. Et j’ai vraiment adoré mon séjour. "

"Everything was great. The room was modern, clean, spacious, bright and beautiful. Great view. Comfortable seating on the balcony. Service/hospitality was excellent. Food/drinks were great. We did the preferred room so we got brand name alcohol. The spa was wonderful. We did the hydrotherapy twice and spa treatments once. I got a facial/cranial sacral massage and my husband got a massage with three different modalities. We both loved our treatments. The property is well maintained and has a variety of restaurants. Its located inside a gated community so you can walk outside the resort and explore a little without a car. You can rent a golf cart if you want to. There is a nice public beach you can walk to. "
