The staff were all lovely, facilities and rooms clean. Food was good. Some areas, room included need refresh and updating, but i understand they are slowly renovating. Overall a great experience.

We loved this resort. Rooms were great, we booked two privileged level rooms. They were so clean. The staff were friendly. Food was delicious. Quinta Aqua 101
Perfect location for exploring Puerto Aventuras! We loved being minutes from all of the restaurants and cafes, and a walk down the streee to pickleball courts and gelato! This suite was perfect for our family of 7 - very spacious and super comfortable beds. We hope to return soon!
