The entertainment team was absolutely amazing. My kids actually cried having to say goodbye to them. They made my kids feel so special and got them to participate in things they wouldn’t have otherwise. We will be going back for them

There were always chairs available at the pools. There were also a lot of staff ready to help with anything we needed.

Playa Palms Beach Hotel
Room was great. Had everything we needed. The water jug with dispenser was a great touch. Location was very close to 5th ave..only a two minute walk. But far enough you don’t hear all the noise. Would stay here again

Porto Playa Condo Hotel & Beachclub
We had booked 2 reservations as our flights got changed and they were able to connect our stays so that we could stay in the same room. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed.
