"The properyt is in an excellent location. A short 3 minute walk to the beach, grocery and dining right outside the building. Beautiful pool and bbq area. Would highly recommend.

"TRS Turquesa! Wow! My husband and I stayed here for 7 days and 6 nights. The check in process was very easy. Our Butler Randy met us right at check in. And let me tell you. Randy was AMAZING! This man defines what great customer service should be. He was so helpful and patient. I can not say enough amazing things about Randy. When I tell you that we will be back and will request for Randy we will. Randy assisted us with everything, to include making sure we had reservations for every night. He texted me through WhatsApp every morning to inform me of the events for the day, the options for lunch and dinner. We are very grateful for his excellent treatment. TRS had plenty of options for all palettes. The food was very tasty, and if you do not want the food that is offered at TRS you have access to other restaurants located in the resorts next door. I believe it gave us a total of 17 options. There is also room service available 24 hrs a day. My husband and I also enjoyed a day at the SPA. Best massage and facial I have received. Overall the customer service at TRS is 5 stars. I did not come across one rude employee or an employee who was not willing to assist. With all that said I will say that the rooms are a bit dated. Housekeeping did an excellent job with keeping the rooms clean, and cleaned the rooms on a daily. Overall this experience has been amazing and we enjoyed our vacation very much. I can go on and on. If you are considering booking your trip to TRS do it! "
"As long as you’re careful about what you choose to eat you’ll be fine. Avoid certain foods like seafood and meat or chicken you can tell is under-cooked. Room was nice, no problems. AC wasn’t working well one afternoon but they fixed it by night time it was working already. Steakhouse is the best restaurant get there early and eat there everyday if you can! Summer months the beach will have seaweed but it’s avoidable. All and all, my wife and I had a good experience. "
