"Our stay was very nice! Adriel - our concierge was excellent. He was attentive, helpful, and did everything he could to make sure our stay was perfect. There were several things broken in our hotel room on arrival and Adriel took care of all of them for us...and with a smile! Raul at the beach was also great -- he reserved beach beds for us every morning and made sure we had great service. All the staff members throughout the hotel including at the Lunchbox and Malva buffets were so sweet. Carlos from entertainment was also wonderful! "

Orlando our butler was great, made us our massage appointment, dinner reservations, luggage pick up and was always checking to see if we needed anything!! All the staff was great though too."
