"Staff at bars rinsing cups.. especially beach bar.. not washing. Beach bar repulsive smell as it is near waste water/toilet holding tank. Not nearly enough loungers at beach and the ones there most are broken. Couldn’t get towels for the first 3 days. "

Pool and beach were beautiful but you need to be up at 7am to get chairs reserved. Spa was wonderful. The buffets were mediocre at best - unique/odd options and nothing seemed very hot & fresh. "

"Had to change hotel room first day as it was 4:30 pm and the room wasn't turned over yet , there was ainenance with a ladder obstructing my view when I got there, plus it had a very musty/moldy smell. Food on the palace side was not good but great on the adults only side. Drinks were just OK, except for the chocolate martinis which were great. No free shuttle to the front gate have to hire a taxi to drive you 5 minutes to the gate. Staff barely understood anything I asked in English. The safe in my second room didn't work. I had no wash cloths in the second room. Had no idea where to hang garment to use the steamer, property isn't very well lit on the beach side at night. I did like that security came and quieted the noisy spring break neighbors yelling and talking loud at 2 am. "

"Parking and personal safety was secured, a big plus for this area. Breakfast with lots of coffee was a good deal even at $8 extra. Location was ideal: away from noise yet close to restaurants and beach. I'd go back. 2 nights "

"Great staffs, Iris, Gabriel, Nestor from morning breakfast and the rest of the staff. Front end manager too. They are so friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. I give this hotel a 5 star."
