This place was way better than expected. The room was super nice, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The pools are also very nice—one is in a bit of an odd location and is on the smaller side, but still enjoyable overall. The food honestly exceeded my expectations. I had full plates every day during the five days I stayed. Everything was served hot and well kept. I work in food service, so I was a little nervous after reading some other reviews, but I had no issues at all. The only real downsides were that towels are only changed on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and our toilet stopped working a couple of times. That said, maintenance came to fix it immediately each time—before I even had a chance to call. Overall, for the price and what you get, I would definitely book here again.

the rooms themselves are not great, the buffet lunch is not bad, but not the best either. the employees are incredible people with boundless positivity and friendliness, they and the palm trees made my stay unforgettable, by the way there was a lot of algae on the beach that smelled

The food was good. Just not a variety of dining options. We like to dress up and have a nice dinner unfortunately that was not an option. the snack shop and the reservation area are the same. No atmosphere. The nicest area, which is very beautiful and very cozy was catered to family, which is fine but doesn’t make sense. It has the amazing beds but no one can relax or sleep with screaming children around. The staff warmed up eventually, but service is not a reason to stay. They do the minimum and don’t seem happy about even doing that 😕 but maybe that’s just how is is there. Make sure you don’t get a room by the exit door they tend to slam most of the night.

I loved how sweet our room service lady was, she was the best staff. It was a very small resort but I still enjoyed my time there. There were various pool options and a beach just a few feet away. It felt very safe and everyone was friendly although some staff looked like they didn’t want to be there.

Was way cheaper then the other resorts, but I wasn't willing to pay 5grand or more for a week. Everything was good enough for me, liked all the foods, staff was excellent. Afterall the beach and the sun is the only thing that really matters :)
