"The resort was clean including the beaches as well when we traveled here with friends in March 2026. We stayed 7 days and had a good time. Some negatives need to be mentioned. When you ate meals drinks would take a long time if they ever showed up at the buffet. We have just average food at best that all needed seasoning. No swim up bar…should’ve known that before hand but I have never been to a resort that had one. While we stayed there must have been 8-9 weddings which was areas blocked off on the resort we couldn’t walk through and that got roped off early for them to set up. Not the people getting married fault but maybe limit how many weddings at a time happens? It was not an inconvenience just odd where they had these set up… one was even at the buffet at the beach? Lots of people on the beach selling excursions, coconuts and random items. When I asked at check in if local vendors would set up while we were there he had no idea what I was talking about. On Thursday the day before we left they showed up during breakfast and sat up all day… one vendor said they show up every 15 days.. not sure how true that is. The shows and entertainment were not great. Very limited and honestly not that entertaining. We left one show and decided maybe let’s go bowling on the resort… all inclusive resort but you have to pay $54 to bowl? Lastly, our room was by the elevator and where housekeepers keep supplies so it was loud at 6-7am with slamming doors and loud guests at the elevators. "

"The food was good overall, although we were told the wait time would be about an hour. Most of the restaurants are first come, first served, which can be a bit inconvenient during busy times. The staff were generally friendly; however, it was noticeable that some staff members spoke to each other in Spanish while serving guests, which came across as unprofessional. Check-in could have been improved, as the front desk agent was talking on her earphones while assisting us. Unfortunately, the checkout experience was not pleasant—the staff member seemed rushed, did not thank us, and did not ask for any feedback. On a positive note, the night entertainment was a highlight of the stay—absolutely amazing shows, great beach area, pools are amazing overall a very nice and relaxing experience. "

"Overall, I’d rate this hotel a solid 7 out of 10. The grounds are well maintained, and there are plenty of activities offered throughout the day, which helps keep things engaging. Pros: The rooms are spacious and clean. I stayed in the master suite and really appreciated the extra space and comfort. Great for families, wouldn’t recommend for couples. Cons: The food was the biggest letdown, averaging about a 4 out of 10. The buffet, in particular, was disappointing at a 2 out of 10. The steakhouse (Sal) was better at a 7, while both the Peruvian restaurant and the hibachi came in around a 6. Service was also on the slower side, and while the staff wasn’t rude, some employees seemed low-energy and not especially warm or attentive. Room service was a miss, in some cases they forgot to restock my towels and both phones in the room didn’t work. The AC unit too awhile to cool off the room. "

"Resort was beautiful. Unfortunately the food was not good. The 3 restaurants we went to was hibachi, Mexican and steakhouse. Other than three Mexican was the best, but it took over an hour to get our food because the server forgot to put our order in and he was rude on top of that. Reservations are very limited. There is no Stille bar figured they would have servers walking around offering drinks that only happened once the four days we were there we wanted to drink. We have to get up and walk to the bar then in line, the staff wasn’t friendly. The buffet I’d write a one out of five in the room Service is zero. Bad food selections/options and it was always cold. I ordered nachos because you can’t go wrong with nachos but they don’t even put cheese on them. We met other families while we were there. They complained about the same stuff we weren’t happy with. I would not stay here again, even if they offered me a free trip back."
