Many basic elements in the room were not functioning properly—the shower did not drain, the toilet handle was falling off, and other fixtures appeared poorly maintained. In addition, the key cards repeatedly failed, requiring multiple trips to the front desk just to access the room. Unfortunately, the staff showed little urgency in resolving these issues, and the service felt indifferent and unhelpful. When attempting to address these concerns, the manager’s response came across as abrasive and dismissive rather than solution-oriented."

"I don’t understand why this hotel gets such good reviews. It’s run down and felt damp and stinky all over. The restaurant closes early and the bar closed an hour earlier than we were told. The beds were ok but again felt damp. The breakfast was below average for free breakfast. We learned our lesson: stick with Embassy Suites. "

"We were incredibly disappointed by this place. When we arrived the young man at the desk was less than helpful. Our room was 80+degrees and it would not cool down- my husband went to request another room and was told there were none available and no fan was available to help cool the room. We actually looked for another location to stay at but it was late and none were available . I there was also garbage bags lining the hallway when we arrived to our floor and they were still there the next morning. Would not recommend this hotel at all!"
