"When I first walked into this hotel the staff was friendly and greeted us politely. The lobby area was clean and inviting. One of the elevators was broken so it took a while to navigate to our floor. I would say it’s a little outdated but it’s clean. Our room was fine. Nothing fancy but it was clean and felt clean. I never felt uncomfortable in my room. Breakfast the next morning was actual very good for being a small hotel. Large selection. Very fresh delicious fruit. I was impressed. Check out was a breeze. We stayed here the night before our cruise and I feel this hotel gets that a lot as there is plenty of seating options in the lobby area. Maybe for waiting for that uber to the port. It was very busy the morning of our checkout. I would stay here again. "

"so, I really only had contact with a real person on my 3rd day there, the office was open and i wanted to let them know of a concern. they did check in on me via text on my 1st and 3rd or 4th? housekeeping does not come on a daily basis; no one cleaned the room the entire stay. room needed some repairs and tlc. it was obviously awhile since that happened. do not stay on the lower level you can hear every noise from up above. I was woken up several times of people walking and moving their chairs around, that is a main concern, "
