"Great place to stay pre cruise. Food good Close to the beach you can go behind the hotel and find the tiki bar at the b hotel next door and watch the cruise ships leave around 4. We think it’s awesome. Pool onsite balcony rooms Family resort. There is a shuttle available to take you to the cruise port 17 cash each. Would recommend this hotel. "

"Worst check-in process. Booked a room in the evening as my flight was canceled. No staff on site. Did not receive the "code" for self check in. 5 others also trying to get checked in at same time with same problems. Office was very hot. Tried to adjust reservation and got no response. Loud noise in middle of night from spring breakers."

"The room was not what i was expecting very small for the price being charged and on top of that there were cockroaches running in the room. Which already being disappointed that was a complete turnoff. It makes you think was it there the whole time we stayed or only today. Now i have to make sure i leave my luggage outside for a few days. When this was mentioned at the front desk at check out they just said okay will tell the managment that room should be cleaned better , they did not offer any compensation nothing."
