"The bathroom in the room was not cleaned properly when we arrived and there was no use of the electrical outlets. We got moved to a new room and that room was just as dirty and more outlets and lights were not working in the room. Not all the staff was helpful in this matter. Some staff members were helpful and told us one thing In terms of compensation and the rest of the stuff, we’re not friendly about it. Did not enjoy my experience with the rooms at this resort but the rest of amenities were good"

"so, I really only had contact with a real person on my 3rd day there, the office was open and i wanted to let them know of a concern. they did check in on me via text on my 1st and 3rd or 4th? housekeeping does not come on a daily basis; no one cleaned the room the entire stay. room needed some repairs and tlc. it was obviously awhile since that happened. do not stay on the lower level you can hear every noise from up above. I was woken up several times of people walking and moving their chairs around, that is a main concern, "

"Delightful boutique hotel walking distance to the beach and near the convention center. The combined lobby/bar/dining area is beautiful and artsy. Much more interesting than most hotels. The pool area is lovely as well. Staff were polite and friendly. I'll stay there again next time I'm in town."
