Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities

Food very bad( they reimbursed us for our breakfasts ,)room old and not in a good condition with many things not working ,bed uncomfortable ,our room was facing a huge air conditioning facility with lots of fan noise .The worst Ritz Carlton that I stayed in and believe me , I am a huge Ritz’s fan. Since Marriott and private investors took over…not the same. Too bad. Never again in Ft Lauderdale However the staff was fantastic!

Great must stay in Fort Lauderdale

Great hotel room, beautiful view and balcony, loved the restaurant - Bar. Enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and food there. Great gym. Loved how close it was to the beach, and everything offered there as well

We spent our entire vacation at the hotel. Didn’t even walk across the street to the beach, even though that would’ve been easy. The ocean view cabanas are not cheap but they’re also a great deal because the relaxation factor is off the charts. Plus the staff that works that part of the resort are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The staff overall is amazing.
