This huge family home is located in the Parkland Precinct of Swanbourne. It is ideally located on a quiet street on the eastern side of Swanbourne. Set on a prime corner block with north-facing frontage, the home enjoys an ideal solar orientation and is bathed in northern light.

Walking up to the front door you’ll pass the lovely garden up to the veranda with outdoor table and chairs.

Inside is awash with brand new furniture and appliances in this light and bright house upon the original floorboards.

The large kitchen has a fridge, Miele dishwasher, SMEG oven with rangehood, 6 burner gas stovetop and DeLonghi coffee pod machine.

The open plan sitting area has comfortable grey lounge suites, floor rug, coffee tables, floor lamp in front of the mounted Smart TV.

Straight off the kitchen is the wooden dining table has cushioned grey chairs.

Glass bi-fold doors lead out onto the north facing alfresco area on the veranda. The home provides generous living areas and ample zoning opportunities perfect for groups travelling together.

Upstairs the Master bedroom has a king bed with a treetop outlook from a stunning picture window. It has matching wood bedside tables with lamps, a walk in wardrobe and TV on a wood cabinet. The private ensuite has a shower, toilet and double basin vanities.

The Guest Suite is another master bedroom with its queen bed, bedside tables and lamps, dining table with chairs and its own kitchenette with mini fridge, double sink and Breville coffee pod machine.

Directly off this Guest Suite is an additional room that can double as a small bedroom, with the daybed converting into a single or double bed.

Downstairs the Fourth bedroom has a queen bed, bedside tables with lamps and a wardrobe.

The Fifth bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside tables with lamps and a wardrobe.

The Sixth bedroom has a bunk bed with 2 single beds, a small desk with chairs and table lamp.

The main bathroom has a shower, toilet and double vanity basin. Complimentary starter pack of Outback Essence guest amenities supplied in each bathroom. Fragrances selected from various parts of Australia, providing guests a truly Australian experience.

The downstairs sitting room has a lounge chair and seating, perfect to be used as a kids room! Another powder room is on the lower level.
