Great place to stay, central to everything, fast check in and out and all staff very nice. Only thing to improve is slippers as bathroom floor is very cold.
The property is very modern with great furnishings and style, the staff are very friendly. My only issue is with trying to get room service firstly there was no answer and then they answered and hung up so we had to call reception to order. Once we got through we were then told the pizza was not available as the chef was not happy with dough, I have worked in hotels before and honestly the chef would keep making the dough till they were happy so that was also a little disappointing.
Hotel of my choice, have stayed in the Sydney property as well, Perth property is in a fantastic location in the heart of the city. The restaurant is fantastic and so is the roof top bar. Highly recommend
I thought the room was badly lit and that the bathroom was very badly designed in that every time you had a shower the bathroom floor remained very wet for a long time. Also a pool would have been nice.
