Very clean, cosy and comfortable. Fridge well stocked with mini bar, milk for coffee, coffee pods and instant coffee, tea bags etc. Beds Comfortable, smart TV and plenty of power points. Great location. Very close to RAC Arena, WaterTown , Yagan Square , Hay Street Mall , Murray Street Mall. Will stay again. ✅

Great boutique size hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, quite large & modern. It feels new or recently renovated. I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s my go to when the price is right. The only tricky part is Parking but there are a number of options. Highly recommend.

Rydges is very central to everything Perth CBD. We were attending an event at RAC arena which was a short walk down the street. Staff are amazingly helpful and friendly. Every staff member we spoke to couldn’t do enough to accommodate any requests. Room was spacious and clean. Would definitely consider returning next time we’re in Perth

The best thing about this hotel is the location. 350m from RAC arena and super close to lots of shops and amenities. However the hotel is very average at best. Firstly requiring a $250 should be made aware at the time of booking, rather than at check in. Secondly, the beds aren’t super comfortable, doable for one night but any longer would’ve caused issues. Thirdly, in our room we had an oxygen generator which wasn’t a great sign, then our shower head was broken. Very average experience and not really worth the money but was good for what was required.

Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Cosy breakfast room, you will be lucky to find a free table. Free upgraded room, very comfortable bed and room with a view! No on-site parking, we were out most of the day, but free parking 6pm - 8am on side streets. Very handy location, very short walking distance to shopping, restaurants and Northbridge. We'd definitely stay again!
