Overall it was ok. Though housekeeping does not clean your room daily unless you ring them. Internet is very bad. Needs serious improvement on that front. Only some front office staff are nice and helpful like Stephen, Carol and Yolanda. Rest are so so and the guys at concierge not at all. Restaurant and Bar staff are excellent.

Older hotel semi refurbished. Many parts of rooms and hotel still require updating. Air con does not cool rooms sufficiently & broke down twice throughout my stay. I was kindly moved to another room. Very average service, certainly not 5* worthy. Contacting reception and room service - the phones continually rang out throughout my 5nt stay. A constant cue of guests at reception.
