I did have a problem with the kettle. Unless you held the button down until it started to heat it would click off again. I did have to ask for more teabags one day as housekeeping had not restocked. Otherwise it was a nice hotel not too far to walk to Barrack Street for my tour pick-ups - about 15 minutes. All in all a very nice hotel.

Hotel was very clean, friendly staff, good location. Only one small concern would be, we had a corner room in the heritage side and it was noisy early in the morning from traffic. Would stay again just on a different side .

Good location. Rooms were very clean and staff were very hospitable and friendly. The Japanese restaurant inside the hotel had amazing food and worth the visit. The pub attached to the hotel was also very good and had a great vibe.
