"This room was clean although the heater didn’t work … it kept blowing out cold air. . The temperature setting knob was brokenness and not the only one to do that to him at that age lol but yeah it would make a huge deal poop"

"Had a pool view room set up for the stay, we were put on the third floor where it was the pool that had a view to our room. We asked for a room clean for one of the days but they were unable to due to being short staffed. The housekeeper in the hallway was very nice and helped me get new towels though. They wont automatically clean your room, you will have to call the front desk to schedule a clean. The walls are very thin, sleep was not the best since the next door neighbors liked to shower at 3am, also our room was infront of the elevators which was high traffic and high noise. The property is really nice and clean and new."
