The staff members are outstanding, friendly, and helpful. Everything is very clean. The appliances worked well, as did the laundry room machines. We loved the spacious and comfortable courtyard area by the pool. Lots of good food for breakfast with room to spread out. We'd definitely return.

Great quiet location close to the freeway. The hotel is very classy and I highly recommend if you’re staying in the Pasadena area stay here. The breakfast is more than enough of what you need.

We came here for a music festival. This hotel was very convenient to Rose Bowl shuttle bus just across the street. It had great variety for breakfast and location is convenient to shopping and restaurants. Will stay here again.

We were there right after the huge Eaton fire,the smell of smoke was everywhere still,the pool and hot tub was shut down,It would be unfair for me to be too judgmental given the circumstances.The breakfast was very good.
