Stumbled upon this place on Expedia and had an incredible stay. Dana, Steve, and everyone there were amazing and very kind and accommodating. The mansion is incredibly cool and the views on the estate are beautiful. The cottage house we stayed in was extremely nice and clean and comfortable. Couldn't recommend this place more.
This property is beyond any expectation. The estate is situated high on a hill and you can see a birds eye view all across the LA area depending on where you stand. It has the romance of old Hollywood’s silent film era coupled with modern amenities and comforting elegant design. The pool was particularly delightful. We will be back again!
The Paramour Estate is a magical place to stay. The experience is like stepping back in time but with everything just so. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning again and again.

Magical. One of a kind!
Absolutely magical. A hidden gem in the Hills and fantastic service. One of a kind experience!
This is a beautiful and unique place to stay. The hotel is 5 star for friendly service, cleanliness, fabulous views of LA, large accommodations, and the interesting history behind the property. Steve was very pleasant and gave us a nice tour of the estate upon arrival. It’s like a mini Hearst Castle filled with 1920s decor. The hotel is 4 star for some basic functionality that you’d expect for the price of your room. I believe this is newly open to public as a hotel and think some of these small things I will mention here, if corrected, will bring it to a solid 5 star value. We stayed in the coach house which is an eclectic room. The room is large and has a nice big private patio space. We had challenges with the water pressure of the shower and flushing of the toilet, I believe that needs attention. It most likely is the age of the property. The bathroom and certain luxuries you might expect I’m mentioning here so that future guests are aware. The room did not supply bathrobes, slippers, hair dryer, Kleenex, vanity mirror, TV, or phone. Things that might not be critical to your stay, but if you do expect them, just know you won’t have these available. Overall we really enjoyed the unique property and our stay.
