"Food great, staff nice. Coffee was not good. Bathroom had sewage smell. Bathroom towel time to replace. Massage was expensive."

"We loved our family stay at 101, great location, great facilities, great food, the list goes on. We stayed in a loft room with our kids 11 and 9 which worked well, wouldn’t be ideal for younger children due to the steep staircase. Thank you to the lovely staff at 101"

"Everyone was very kind and helpful around the property. They all spoke and understood English. Breakfast buffet had so much variety, with several made to order items, both Indonesian and continental favorites, with some different variety every day. Pool was huge, plenty of seating w umbrellas. Room had a great view of the resort, and new rooftop restaurant/bar was a bonus."

"Beautiful stylish hotel set on black sand in Pandang Bai. It’s far enough from the busy port but is walkable (about 25 mins) if you want a massage or meal in the village. We enjoyed our stay"
Maya Sanur Resort & Spa

"This is a five star resort. The rooms are definitely 5 star. My mid level room was huge with a balcony. The bathroom had double sinks and a tub and separate shower. I can’t speak to the comfort of the beds as I travel with a topper. The beach area, pool area, and beachside restaurant definitely need an upgrade and an update. The wicker chairs are peeling, the pool loungers are stained and the cushions are thin. The few chairs actually on the beach are so uncomfortable that I was tempted to walk down the beach and pay for a better chair. As this is a beach resort in a beach town, it would be great if the hotel would invest in these upgrades."

"Lovely location in Sanur by the beach and great staff. The room was super clean but smaller than expected for delux booking. The small area to sit out was not so relaxing as not private to passers by. The breakfast was very busy but I think this was because renovations were taking place when we visited. The pool was lovely but not always easy to get a spot."
