Beautiful End Unit Single Level Condo North Coast Village - Walk to the beach!!

Enjoy ocean views from the deck of the NCV Unit #B200, a 2 bedroom/2 bath single level end unit. Sleeps 6, King Bed, Double Bed, Twin Bed and Rollaway Bed. There is a Pack n Play Portable Crib with Mattress. The Unit is equipped with K-cup coffee, Internet TVs, games, beach chairs, towels, and sand toys.

The property is a tropical paradise with streams, gardens, koi ponds and waterfalls. Large outdoor heated pool and hot tub available year round. includes one indoor reserved parking spot and extra parking available outside
In a near by city lot.

The community center offers amenities galore including pool tables, ping pong, Foosball, and TV/game rooms. Free access to gorgeous fitness center and we have a coin-op laundry on site. North Coast Village is located between Oceanside Harbor and the Oceanside Pier.

A one minute walk to the beach, short walk to the pier, bike and surf rentals, and craft restaurants and breweries. Enjoy amazing sunsets on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in Southern California. Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, San Diego Zoo, The Safari Park, Lego Land, Birch Aquarium, Gas Lamp, and Seaport Village all close by. A great family vacation for everyone!

Great location

Perfect stay for the ironman. Easy walking distance to the beach and ironman village. Definitely would recommend and plan to stay again.

Beautiful beach condo

Amazing Location and Amenities

The condo exceeded our expectations. It was immaculate and the view from the balcony was spectacular. The property was decorated beautifully for the holidays - an added bonus! The location could not have been better. Everything was walkable and easy to get to, we completely enjoyed the area and would love to return.

North Coast Village visit

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Being on the corner of a busy street, at times there was road noise. We had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely stay here again.

Great location

We love staying at north coast village. Patty was very responsive. The place is comfortable and has everything you might need. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, beach toys, umbrella, wagon Awesome location for people/traffic watching on the patio. Close to beach, walkable to reataurants. Would def stay again!

O'side Getaway

We had a lovely stay at North Coast Village. The condo was beautiful, clean and had every amenity we could have needed including lots of fun stuff for the beach. North Coast Village was a lovely little oceanside community. The only downside was that the noise from the street outfront and the train got a little loud at times, but we would definitely stay here again.

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is spacious yet cozy. It has all the amenities you can think of inside and it’s a beautiful property outside. It’s a one minute walk to the beach and a few blocks to the shops and restaurants in town. Our son is stationed at Camp Pendleton so this location was really convenient. It’s just a few minutes from the main gate. We would definitely stay there again if we get back to Oceanside.

Definitely enjoyed our stay at Patty’s place. Everyone was very comfortable, plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals. The rest of the building amenities were awesome and kept everyone entertained and relaxed. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Family Stay

This was a perfect 2 bedroom stay for our family. The location is amazing and check in was a breeze. We loved that the deck opens up to Strand Ave - you can see the ocean. Lots of supplies for baby (pack n play and high chair). Everything you need in the kitchen. You are closer to the train which could be an issue for sensitive sleepers but we did just fine.

Amazing and well thought out accommodations

Thank you for all the little touches in this charming condo! From the pack and play to the All laundry detergent that was just what we use for our son’s clothes, we had a blast and were comfortable. Host was very nice and proactive in making sure we had everything we needed. The amenities are nice and parking was easy. If we stay in Oceanside again, we are definitely coming back.

Time for relaxation

Great attention to the details. They had a closet full of beach stuff which negated the need for us to have brought our own. Kenshin is small but well equipped. The beds and the rest of the condo were just right. They even included earplugs because of the commuter train that drives by. The only thing I wish they had in the condo was dish rags to wipe things down.

Great place to be

This condo is under rated! It had everything we needed and more! The photos don’t do it justice. The condo is modern and very clean. For anyone worried about the train noise unless you are the lightest of sleepers you won’t be bothered. The beach is just a very short walk, also the end of the strand is right at the beach entrance as well so it’s a great start to walk to the pier. Will definitely try to stay again.

1st time in California

Property was beautiful, but it wasn't cleaned when we arrived. Once that was handled, our stay was great! Close to the beach, pool and sauna were wondeful. Kitchen fully stocked with what we needed for meals and chairs/umbrella for the beach. Very strict with 3pm check-in, and thankfully we didnt arrive too early and only had to wait about 10min before being let in. Overall, very pleased and would stay in the complex again.

Awesomeness

Always a great time in Oceanside and staying at the beautiful North Coast Village! The condo was excellent just located on the corner of a busy intersection and train tracks. I don’t remember being noted in descriptions. That was the only negative although it was a very nice and spacious. It was very well equipped and stocked with all essentials. Good communication with Patty during our stay for any questions I had.

Awesome condo right next to the beach!!

The condo was very clean and spacious for three of us. The walk to the beach is two minutes and lots of beach toys provided in the unit. The pool is large along with a nice sized jacuzzi and the whole grounds are beautiful like an exotic oasis. The fitness/gym area is top notch with plenty of machines and there is plenty of room for multiple people to use at the same time. The only downside to the second floor corner unit is that it is on the main street where lots of beach traffic (walking and driving) occurs. There is also train tracks really close so noise can be an issue until after 10-11pm and the occasional 1am freight train going by. The owner does provide plenty of ear plugs which work pretty good if you don't mind sleeping with them in. Overall, I would book this property again and the owner is extremely quick in responding to any questions and/or concerns.

Lovely but noisy!

The condo was very nice, clean and fresh. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bathrooms were bright and super clean, and there were plenty of towels and beach towels. We enjoyed the large dining table, the chairs on the balcony, and the big sectional sofa! The property is lovely, well kept and clean, and the pool is beautiful. The only real complaint I have is that the condo was very noisy due to its location on a corner and near the commuter train rail. It was quite warm during our visit, and we wanted to keep the windows open at night, but the noise from the train was loud and trains were operating throughout the night. In addition, there was lots of noise from cars, motorcycles and pedestrians on the street. We did use the earplugs provided, but it was still a bit hard to sleep for some of us. Beyond that, we had six people, which is what the condo is listed as accommodating. There was a cot for the sixth person, but the only place to locate it was in the living room. This was not ideal. Fortunately the condo is fairly roomy, which helped!

We hand a wonderful time at our stay here. The apartment was clean and well-stocked. The kids loved the easy access to the pool. The walk to the beach is short and we enjoyed the playing in the water with the provided boogie boards.The balcony has a view of the beach and the sunsets were beautiful. We all wished we could stay longer!

Beautiful, clean property with views of the ocean from the balcony. The condo came with everything you need for a fun beach trip! The resort grounds are just gorgeous, it has all the amenities, and you can’t beat the location. The host is thoughtful enough to provide plenty of disposable earplugs for the bit of street noise if you sleep with windows open.

My husband, my mom, my 10 year old twins, my baby and I just got done staying here and it was wonderful! Very clean. Easy access to the beach, harbor, pier, etc. The kids all had a blast! Highly recommend!
