Great place to stay. Right on the water. Super convenient to everything in downtown Oceanside. The staff could not be more lovely. Very simple room, but has everything you need.

Awesome!

The hotel staff were so friendly. The view was amazing, and the balcony is a game changer!! The pool was perfect. It is just so relaxing and we had an amazing time. Highly recommend! We will be back for sure!

The hotel was in a beautiful location next to the marina with enviable ocean views. It was obviously a posh place in its day but no longer. There was peeling paint, low water pressure, no scheduled maid service. We were on the second floor and they do not have an elevator. With that said it was an affordable stay in a 2 bed, 2 bath large suite in a great location. We may return as we will be visiting the area frequently.

The property is so beautiful. Kept neat and clean. Sparkling pool. My only complaint is that my room was not that great. The bed was very uncomfortable. The bad carpet needed to be replaced. The bathtub needed to be reglazed. Other than that it was really quiet and beautiful and that’s what I went for.

Upon my arrival Sunday night we asked to add another evening for Monday. Check in went smooth. Was told the addition had been added. The next morning something in my gut made me check at the front desk to verify the added night. Sadly I was told we DID NOT have the extra eveing. To top it off, they are now sold out. We had booked the perfect room for anniversary. Perfect ocean view, 2nd floor. PERFECT. To be moved to the 1st floor looking out at trash cans. THEN.... we get a phone call in the 'new' room only to be accused of having a cat with us. Unbelievable. She proceeded to tell me they were charging me for an animal. Told them to come check it out. Still argued with me telling me we lied. We packed up and left to go bck home. 6 hours away. Anniversary ruined

Room overlooks Oceanside Marina. You can see the Jeti boats coming in and out. We saw a pod of dolphins and could hear the gentle bark of sea lions in the harbor. We've been wanting to stay here for years and I'm so glad we finally made it. We want to come back with our family next time.
