"Great hotel with excellent staff. Did not want to leave! Definitely the best place we stayed on our weeks business tour of London. The Siren restaurant was fabulous and we had dinner and breakfast there. Front desk, location, room, quiet, all A +!"

"Breakfast is great but let down by the inadequate gym/workout space and equipment. Some of the fitting (buttons for the lift etc…) need replacing. Good but slightly let down in a few key areas "

"We were upgraded upon checking at no cost, which was a lovely treat. Reception staff were very nice. Didn't use the spa but have heard good reports from friends who have. Breakfast was good, but don't leave it to late to go as it becomes a bit hectic. Room was very nice, comfy and very clean. Good products in the bathroom and room facilities"

"This is a great hotel right in the centre of a lovely town. We were greeted by really friendly and helpful staff at the reception desk. Our room was bright and clean, with a really comfortable bed. The bathroom was a reasonable size, with a great shower. Although there were no cooked breakfasts available, which was fine by me, the continental breakfast was excellent. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it as excellent value for money. "
