Fantastic experience. Extremely clean and the hotel staff were wonderful. My mother with limited mobility issues was assisted 24/7 whenever she had to leave her room, and we would particularly like to thank Tom and Kevin for their service. They made our stay very special.

Beautiful Hotel ideally placed for visiting The Sage Centre. Fantastic comfortable room, great clean bathroom, tea and coffee offerings were good. Only downside £23 each for a breakfast is crazy compared to other hotels. So we ate out lol.

The room and bathroom was spotless as was the whole hotel. We also got a upgrade based upon it being my partner's birthday which was a really nice thought by the hotel. Breakfast was excellent and they had no problem adjusting it to people's tastes. The parking bays were brilliant as they are extra wide. The only problem was it wasnt clear how or when you pay. Basically you can pay at the hotel by having it added to your room bill. This wasn't made clear at the start. So we paid via the car park operator but this wasnt straight forward. You have to scan the QR code and pay for 1 day (we stayed 3 nights). And then at end of your stay u pay the remainder at a machine before u go. It seemed like staff didnt fully know the process and were given the wrong advice. Also the postcode on the Dakota website for St Anne's parking was wrong, so this caused a little stress getting to the right place. U ll need to google the car park itself for the right address. Other than that we had a great stay

Beautiful hotel on the quayside. The staff were all lovely. The room was very well appointed, with comfortable bed and Molton Brown toiletries. Our first stay in a Dakota hotel but won’t be our last.
