We booked a Deluxe Room but it was anything but Deluxe. My husband sat on the bed which collapsed under him and, on lifting the mattress, some of the slats were out of their moorings but we fixed this ourselves. The main disappointment was in the bathroom which was tiny and the floor is unstable and sunken in near the bath. The doors and fittings were chipped and very tired looking and the bath/shower sealant was black in some places with mould.
The TV in the room had only very limited channels and all surfaces were very dusty and just didn't feel clean. There was an issue with the towels as laundry had not delivered them so we had to make do with sharing a towel after our shower.
Prior to booking, we had also looked at their onsite restaurant, Leila Lily's, and on looking at the menu decided to book a table for dinner at 5.30pm. We arrived at 5.45pm and were presented with menus which bore no resemblance to the menu online only to be told that they serve a restricted (very restricted), menu on a Sunday despite there being nothing on the website stating this. We decided not to eat there on this basis but came back at just after 7.30pm for drinks to be told the bar was closed!!! In fairness, we were served and the drinks charged to the room and I had a very good Espresso Martini.
The hotel is in a great location and despite it being so central, there wasn't too much noise but the room really spoiled our stay so I would have trouble placing my trust in the hotel again.
