"Love the water station and ice machines. The bathroom is small but functional and really nice bath tub. Room looks clean and bed very comfortable. Pillows a little hard!
Staff on the weekend were not as friendly as we expected- coming from another hotel from Kanazawa."

"Room are spacious which I can open 2-3 large luggage , I like the futon bed . Hotel located at a place which is less crowded, feel peaceful during night time . Room is clean , bath room without bathtubs which I like it makes the bathroom more spacious. "
"This was a great stay and we would come back here again for sure. We got the room with the king bed and i have never seen a king bed like this. It was gigantic! You could have easily put 4 people in there! It was also comfortable. We used the onsite onsen and it was wonderful. It had about 4-5 pools, one was cold which i loved and one was outside. It was very clean and very enjoyable and had many amenities. There was a restaurant on site, but we didn't eat there. There was a fridge in the room but it didn't have a freezer compartment. "
