Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Carpark adjacent to hotel allowed for parking on our room floor which was great. Comfortable beds, felt safe and quiet for our one night stay:)

Pretty great but it would be the best if there was a kettle

My recent stay at Citizen M in LA was fantastic. It has been my best experience with a hotel yet. Everything was superb to the staff, building and rooms. Very modern and cozy, perfect for one or two people. The only thing I would recommended is a bin shoot in the corridor as the bin inside the hotel room is extremely small. I loved my stay here. Highly recommend.

Great stay for me and my family

We stayed in a junior suite (club lounge access) room and that was great. The room was a good size and having access to tea/coffee and various drink at the lounge all day along was very useful. Breakfast was excellent. There were plenty of drinks and small snacks during the evening, too. There are outstanding views from the lounge. The best about Omni hotel for us is that it's literally 5 min walk to Walt Disney Concert Hall, where we watched 2 shows during our stay.

The hotel was very good. We really enjoyed the amazing atmosphere created by all the photos of past and present stars of the screen and music world. Its location is super convenient to everything in Hollywood and Universal studios! The diner is super cool with its history and very yammy food! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Very conveniently placed - staff helpful - nice little bar attached with a pleasant happy hour - Mexican eatery and Italian restaurant across the street ( recommended by staff ) were great - walking distance to BIG bus stop - $20 Uber to universal studios - staff stored our bags until we were ready to leave for Disneyland - meet all our need’s & expectations !
