Booked a 2 bedroom and upon arrival was advised I was upgraded to a 3 bedroom. Got to the villa and it had 4 bedrooms. Villas are beautifully designed and they have kept a significant about of natural surroundings. Makes for a very tranquil stay. All rooms and living areas are of a reasonable size, are clean and well looked after. Also within walking distance to the beach.

My family and I stayed in this hotel for a total of five nights to celebrate our daughter's 11th Birthday. From the moment we arrived, it was simply spectacular! AMAZING place. we loved our stay. impeccable service, friendly staff. Beautifully kept grounds.

Building is very new, neat and of great standard. Bed comfortable, air-conditioning and tv in living and bedrooms. Staff very professional and helpful, particularly the chap who checked us in.

Soon az we open the door for our room we wear amazed by how beautiful the view was the room was modern and comfortable there was everything you could ever need in the home we stayed in a one bedroom appartment I definitely want to came back the stuff was so friendly treats everyone the same thumbs up from me

We only stayed overnight as we had come from Sydney to attend my sisters 70th Birthday on the Saturday evening. My wife had was just recovering from a major operation and the service and location were just stop on. My wife was very taken by the room and fitted into her requirements 100%. She was very pleased with the breakfast and even stated it was the best she had ever had for in room service..

Located adjacent to the RQYS car park. Friendly staff and tidy rooms. Ticks all the boxes.

This place is awesome. I only have one negative, so first the positives. The staff are professional, helpful, courteous and accommodating. The flat was immaculate, the views unparalleled and I really can’t fault the place at all. The walk to everything was minutes, but still far away enough from the crazy that we were removed from noise. And then those very cute iguanas by the pool were quite entertaining. We named them Charles and Camilla. My only negative was that the bed wasn’t as comfortable...

Spacious and very clean rooms. Comfy beds and modern bathroom. Close to shops and the motel which has amazing food!

Great 1 bed suite, amazing view from 21st floor. 10 min walk to Cavill ave , all good would recommend and stay again.

Perfect location. Very close to the beach, Hungry Jack's, Surfing School(Go Ride A Wave), beach volleyball. Just in doorsteps - The Surfers Paradise G:link station(fantastic for travellig around the Gold Coast). Qdesk staff is very friendly and welcoming. They were happy to book and organize my activities) Cheers Breakfast at SkyPoint was amazing. What a view) And there was tons of food to choose from. I would highly recommend this hotel

The Waterford is in a great location, close enough to Surfers Paradise for when you want it, but far enough away to be quiet. The views are stunning and the apartments are lovely, very roomy with fabulous wrap around balconies.
