"Love everything about this property. The staff were so nice, friendly and always helpful. The room was clean and full of amenities that we needed. The location made it convenient for our train trips to explore the city and was very quiet at night time for our quality sleep."

"This hotel is in an excellent location very near the train station. Room is small but adequate and very quiet. Many restaurants within walking distance and a great breakfast buffet at the one attached to the hotel. Several sites within walking distance. Excellent choice. Staff very helpful."

"If I come back to Tokyo, I wouldn’t mind booking a room here. It was conveniently close to the train station, had good restaurants, and beautiful little gardens nestled in this charming town. The bath house was an incredible treat to end the day after walking 20k+ steps. My only complaint is the room was too small, but I understand that may be the standard in Japan, and the elevator was painfully slow and small, fitting only a few at a time. But all in all, it was worth it."
