Great Hotel. A little quiet and conservative but the rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Great views. Right by Tokyo Train Station which has lots of restaurants and shops and convenient transportation and walking distance to Ginza Crossing, Ginza Station and Tokyo Plaza. I love it.

Superb hotel. Can't go wrong. Service is impeccable. Rooms are large and very well maintained. Hotel Restaurants are great, but you also have good local food options within 5-10 min walk. Overall Great location right by Tokyo station.

This is such a convenient hotel to stay at since it is right next to Tokyo Station. You are able to take a train straight to Narita Airport. The hotel is a bit pricy but because it’s a fancy hotel with great staff who go out of their way. The rooms themselves are also great and the view on either side is also wonderful. If you are on the garden view side, the only negative thing I can think of is that you will hear the train but it’s nothing you can’t ignore since it’s not too loud. I haven’t tried their food but I can imagine it is great as well. I will have to try next time

Shangri-La Tokyo is conveniently located next to Tokyo Station and was a great place to begin and end our trip to Japan. The views from the rooms were spectacular especially at night. The staff was wonderful and they made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. And the breakfast at the hotel restaurant was delicious especially the strawberry waffles and ricotta pancakes. We appreciated that the staff spoke English as we only spoke a little Japanese. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel.

Well Appointed Hotel in a Great Location

Shangri-la Tokyo Hotel is very comfortable, well appointed, high service level hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during our trip as we feel very welcome. The location being just above Tokyo Station is an added attribute. We are able to take day trips to prefectures outside of Tokyo via the Shinkansen and get back to rest in a comfortable hotel. It’s a great feeling to have that as an option.

I stay Shangri-La Hotel Tokyo every time I go to Tokyo. This time I booked a room with Horizon Club access. Check-in, cocktail time and breakfast were all enjoyed in a different atmosphere than usual.
