The room was compact but extremely clean and functional. Proximity to train station and subway line was a plus. The cafeteria on second floor with complementary evening drinks ans snacks was lovely!

The room was nice (the pj they gave us too). I love the fact that they have a good washing/drying machine inside the room. We also loved their lounge in the 2nd floor. They have beverages and snacks and it’s super convenient if you want to eat take away (or a light dinner from a konbini near by).

Location was walking distance to Tokyo Station and there is an underground mall that that connects between the station and the Hotel with plenty of restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and fresh, and in the evening they served snacks.

Good location to transportation and great unlimited daily snacks in the afternoon/evenings. Rooms are a little tight as is the norm in Japan and wish they could do early check-ins but otherwise hotel and staff were wonderful
