This was first landing experience in Japan we were greeted well with an excellent charming Lady Ayano who made us feel at home. She was ready to help with all our questions.
Room was small but compact was set up so beautifully made us enjoy every part of our stay.

Lots of dining and shopping options within Tokyo Station and buildings surrounding the station. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. "Really lovely room and nice staff. We had everything we needed and more. The TVs were easy to set up on Youtube for our daughter and the kitchen was well equipped so it was easy to have meals in our room. There are convenience stores and pharmacies very nearby and a vending machine next to the entrance. It was great to be able to leave our luggage there on our last day for free, and everything felt very safe. Recommend!"
