This is a nice quiet boutique hotel at a very convenient location, walking distance from the Akihabara stations and major shopping area. The staff is very polite and helpful. Would highly recommend it.

Check in started out fine but one we made it to our room things took a downward spiral. The bathroom sink faucet was loose and unstable, the back of the toilet seat was filthy and the bidet sprayed wildly. We reported this all to the front desk immediately in the hope it could be resolved before we returned in the evening. Unfortunately upon our return later that evening our concerns were not corrected, we again reported this to the front desk but there was a lack of understanding, once we brought a staff member to the room and showed them our concerns it was then finally resolved. The staff finally moved us to a new room and were very apologetic, we appreciated their kindness. After the room change our stay was wonderful.

The accessibility of the hotel is just great since it is only two minutes away from Akihabara station. The rooms are quite small, but that is to be expected of Japanese hotels; the staff is also really nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay here. Stayed for 3 nights, and will definitely stay here again. They have AMAZING amenities, theyre at the reception area and guests can just help themselves. They dont clean the room everyday but they provided new towels and bottle of water daily. Helpful staff. Rooms were surprisingly spacious (for japanese standard - been to Japan 5 times so ive been to different hotels)

Great stay at Hotel RESOL Stay AKIHABARA! I was there for 11 days and they provided great service from start to finish. The rooms are very nice even if smaller than I am used to in hotels in the U.S. the hotel itself was very clean and well-kept. Across the street is a beautiful Shinto shrine. There’s a footbridge that takes you across a small river to AKIHABARA where there is lots of stores and restaurants and arcades etc and a train station 5 mins from the hotel. It’s a wonderful hotel in a fantastic location and I hope to stay again in the next few years.

Maron was the best along with every employee at this location. Their lounge area was well kept and clean. The fact that they had self-serving drink station with Melon soda, I'll be back to this hotel location.

Sehr geräumiges Zimmer, sauber, sehr zentral gelegen aber trotzdem abends ruhig. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist dass das Licht im Bad nur zusammen mit dem Licht im Zimmer angeht und es sehr hellhörig ist. Aber ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert!

Lovely hotel that’s very conveniently located by JR and Metro lines, shops and restaurants. It’s a really wonderful hotel, with helpful and professional staff, comfortable and reasonable size rooms for its location in Tokyo. Excellent touches include the adorable little robot Maron that warmly greets you in reception, complimentary hot and cold drinks in the reception area with a nice work/break area.
