"We stay at M Social regularly: as aways we enjoyed the excellent and friendly services. We highly recommend the hotel restaurant, our guests and us had a great evening with the food and services."
"Stayed here for a weekend staycation, our room was in the pinnacle tower and was very clean and spacious. Staff were very helpful, attentive and kind. If staying here I would recommend staying in a pinnacle tower room as the normal tower looked to be busy at all times of the day. "
"The good:The room was styled nicely and spacious. I was welcomed as well as given a welcome gift. The hotel is in a very good location to be close to activities as well as restaurants. There is a bridge that will take you to their casino as well as the sky tower, restaurants and other activities.
The bad: They give you the option to reuse towels and wash cloths. My used *wet* wash cloth was rolled and set atop an unused one. That did not make sense to me.
I ordered a club sandwich from room service that was so awful in taste that I only had one bite. Not toasted, chicken no flavor, just not good. When the cleaning people came the next day, they cleaned and left the room service tray from the day before with the old sandwich.
The good far outweighs the bad with this hotel, I would just think twice about the club sandwich."
"I had a pleasant stay at this place. The breakfast has tons of options and not just your regular continental breakfast menu. The rooms were very clean and well kept. "
