"The hotel is well located and many restaurants are in walking distance. There is a casino in the hotel across the street which you can access from a bridge that connects the two if that is your thing. The Weta Workshop is also there which you can tour for a fee, it was a great find. There was one issue with the heater the first day we were there, but the staff did their best to correct the issue and remedy the situation which in the end we were happy with. The gym is nice and the kids really enjoyed the indoor pool!"
