"Beautiful room and a gorgeous view with a very massive deck. The room was luxurious and comfortable, and the facilities were great. We had heard before we got here that others have had to wait for their room to be ready which was the same case for us. While annoying, as we’d planned our activities around getting into our room at three, the staff were lovely and gave us complimentary drinks. The parking situation is super dire, however Fred at the front was lovely, friendly and helpful, making it a little more painless. "

"Room was spotless and well appointed with hair/body products, coffee/tea, refrigerator, choice of pillow firmness. Free breakfast was substantial with many options and gourmet coffee maker. Staff was professional and friendly. Location is great in walking distance to harbor, ferry, shopping, and many restaurants. Highly recommend!"

"Superb location, close to sky tower and intercity and airport bus terminal, walking distance to the Harbourside and ferries, as well as numerous eateries, the hotel itself is quite new and includes self check in, a restaurant and bar on the ground floor and the sunset bar on the top floor over looking the west side of the city including the harbour bridge, room I stayed in was spacious with everything I needed, the later check out at 11am was also a bonus, only negative was that the lift was very confusing to operate with the swipe card, otherwise I highly recommend staying here if you’re wanting to stay in Auckland "
