Everything was great except for the utensils in the room. Would’ve appreciated a couple more spoons and cups :-) the mini fridge was also very disappointing as it didn’t really keep our ice cream cold.

We had a fabulous stay with the hotel , lovely room with harbour views get amenities, we used the hot tub .
My only negative feedback , the restaurant breakfast was very poor , it was cold, hardly any food available always waiting for food to come, we told the reception on check out , they apologised but it’s an independent catering firm.
Overall had a brilliant weekend away

Very spacious and well appointed and close to Viaduct.
Whilst the heat pump was efficient the bedrooms were cold so we either didn't know how to use the system well or needed to ask for more blankets
