"We had a lovely stay here for a week over Easter with our 2 children 12 & 15. Apartment is a little outdated, but that is typical of Torrevieja and reflected in the price. The photos do not do it justice - it is actually over 3 floors with 2 small balcony's and a roof terrace! Very good location, right near Playa de Locos beach and multiple restaurants and supermarkets. A fair 15+ min walk to the Centro zone with more beaches and restaurant options. "One of the negatives of not having a meet and greet you have no one to show you how things work. Also no seat cushions on terrace furniture. The apartment was nicely situated over looking the pool it was a quiet complex but was too far away from resturants and commercial centres we didn’t use a car and found it very restricting."

The apartment is being advertised as “Beautiful newly refurbished” which is a complete lie, everything in this place is old, dated or broken and dirty, we complained about the first day, and the owner basically ignored it. The kitchen doesn’t have a matching set of dishes, the drawer with silverware is nasty (we didn’t even use it), the bath towels looked like floor rags, washed out and old (we bought new ones at Carrefour to use). "This is simply a very lovely place, clearly loved by the owners and cared for. A family home with everything you could need. Pretty veranda and garden space and quiet pool area. A super spot for quiet relaxation. Great places to eat… plenty of opportunity to walk, golf, play tennis or padel, spa….. We would certainly recommend and will be going again…. The towns around are great for a visit and 20 mins to a beach by car/taxi! Loved it."

"Really lovely location on very peaceful resort. Ground floor location right by the pool. Apartment was lovely and clean upon arrival, although lacking in glassware. A bit of confusion regarding the coffee machine but didn't spoil our enjoyment. The beds although comfy are a little tired as is the outside sofa. With a little updating, i would give 5 stars! Also the property is listed as having a bbq, which upon speaking to the owner, is now not available due to the risk of fire. Hopefully this is...
