"Great service and very helpful staff."

"Dinner was great as usual. "

"This was one of the most genuine place we’ve stayed. The full Japanese experience. Also I highly highly recommend adding the dinner part as it was one of the best meals I had from around the world. (North Americans be aware it’s a ryokan style room, so the bed is on the floor, it’s a Japanese bath, etc…) The family here is genuine and friendly, we will forsure come back. This was the best Japanese experience we ever had. Breakfast also is included, Japanese breakfast (search it up ;) )"

"The breakfast food is amazing and the lady was helping us is really nice and kind. Thank you"

"excellent location, amazing staff, great food no need to go out to dinner. lovely public onsen"

"We had an amazing time!"

"Feels like a real Ryokan, with the Japanese style room and outdoor bath."

"Place was conveniently located and close to restaurant"

"Fantastic place to stay at, highly recommend. We had meals included and it was great. If you want to experience an Onsen as a foreigner this is a great place to do it at."

"Visited with my family recently. It’s a family owned property, excellent service and very friendly staff. Owners went above and beyond at every opportunity, including dropping 7 of us with luggage at nearby bus stop. Breakfast was yummy and thank you for accommodating our vegetarian request!! Enjoyed Ryokan with traditional night wear too ! We would highly recommend this wonderful place at foothills in Mt. Fuji with Lake Yamanakako lake in walkable distance."
