1. The property is about 25 minutes drive from the central Fuji town. And it’s deeply in the forest. 2. There was no phone in the room. When I want to make a call, I went to the front desk and asked the staff if I could make a local call. They said no because they do not lend phone to guests and there is absolutely nothing they can do for me (word to word from their translator). 3. There was a huge humming bug in my room and I had to kill it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I am so disappointed with Fuji Premium Hotel for canceling my reservation (through Expedia) a day before my actual stay. You do not know how stressful it is on our part when I have to travel and still worry about my stay on the same day of my flight. Expedia should have make an effort to stand for the client’s right. The booking was made months earlier before the actual stay. Would not recommend and use this apps in any of my future trips. Too stressful!

The Fuji premium resort was very nice and clean. It was slightly inconvenient for us since we did not have a rental car so we had to rely on the shuttle schedule since the main area was an hour walk away. Other than that between cleanliness and good service I recommend.
