Clean property and trims are huge with a view of Mount Fuji. Not very walkable to train, lake or other sites. Staff did not speak much English and the breakfast was very Japanese.
The room was very spacious, in fact the biggest we stayed in all our stays. The room was spotless the view of Mt Fuji uninterrupted. The staff at the hotel had great service.
We stayed overnight to increase our chances of seeing Mt. Fuji. Sure enough, we had a stunning view of Mt. Fuji the next morning after all the rain and clouds straight from the balcony. It was a suite and very comfortable. A shuttle to the Kawaguchiko station is also available.
We had an excellent stay. We were very kindly upgraded to a bigger room with an epic view of Mt Fuji. This was by far our favorite hotel in Japan. Yes, it’s a little older, but still very comfortable and well appointed. The onsen was wonderful. There is a washer/dryer near the onsens. The breakfast buffet was decent. It’s a bit of a trek to Lake Kawaguchiko, so Uber came in handy. Overall, we loved our stay here!
Overall experience was very good. Our room has very excellent view of Mt Fuji. Shuttle to and from station is very convenient. Taken 1 star off is because there is no USB ports in our room.
Amazing view of Fuji right from the balcony! Clean room and good service! Breakfast was yummy too. A bit far from the station while hotel provided shuttle.
Lovely hotel to stay at, especially seeing mount Fuji, the staff were great and welcoming, easy checking and checkout process, I would stay at this hotel again
Great hotel in a great location for Mt. Fuji views, but do not have workaround (patches) for using the pool (onsen) bc of tattoos. I had booked a room to fit 4 people, but when arrived they said I had a 2 person room and would have to pay to upgrade to the 11th floor suite.
Everything checked out, views, breakfast, staff, cleanliness. Only issue is, the path from the hotel to tourist places are a but hard to navigate through especially at night. Also walking distances are significantly higher. Example: a 3 minute drive from kawaguchiko station to hotel but a 30 minute walk.
Great location with phenomenal view of Fuji-San. Room was superior, roomy, clean, comfortable, and staff OUTSTANDING!!
Will definitely staff again! Plus breakfast was GREAT!
Spacious room. Private bath facilities was pretty OK. Breakfast variety was good (Japanese style). Free onsite parking. Room have glimpse of Mt Fuji. Rather disappointed at the last night as there were smoking smell coming into our room. Think someone who just check in was a heavy smoker!
