We LOVED everything about our stay ...the property is superb and the staff outstanding. Special shout out to Murasawa San who went far above every expectation to not only make our stay spectacular but also with arrangements for local tours and sight seeing. Food was incredible. Our driver from the station also outstanding! Thanks for a great stay ...we'll be back again. The best stay ever!

This is such a beautiful ryokan, located very close to Mt. Fuji and Lake Kawaguchiko. We stayed in the new wing, with private onsen bath, and our room was newly renovated and spotless. We booked late so we did not have dinner there, but the breakfast was spectacular!

Our stay here was incredible. Loved the private Onsen. Furthermore, the staff was very attentive, welcoming, and helpful. Lastly, the dinner provided was the best multi course meal I've had to date. Much better than what I had received in California by the time of this review being written.
