"This place is a little far from the town but on the from Fuji city you pass a lake where you can a beautiful view of mt Fuji. The hotel is excellent with activities provided. Service is great and onsen really very nice. Two separate baths for male and female. They switched around in the morning. Meals are buffet style. They provided a good spread."

"This was an amazing place to stay. We were only here for a night, but it was the most relaxing stay ever. The private onsen was amazing and there were so many special touches like matching pajamas, a goodie bag and breakfast included. We left very early so the staff gave us our breakfast the night before in a packed lunch and it was so lovely. We also got a massage and it was incredible. Staff were so kind and lovely. Would definitely stay here again, thanks so much <3 "

"The hotel was so beautiful and the attention to detail was great. The staff was friendly and helped us with everything. They also spoke English. We were given yukatas to wear and they were really pretty. The food was amazing, everything was really fresh. The in room bath had amazing views to Mt. Fuji and was relaxing. They also have a shuttle that picks you up from Kawaguchiko station at 8, 8:30 9 and 10 am. We ended up taking a taxi from the station to the hotel but we took the shuttle back to the station and it was comfortable and fast. I don't recommend walking to the hotel from the station because there are no side walks in the town and the cars pass really close to pedestrians. Overall, a great and highly recommended experience and place to stay!"

"Overall an excellent experience! The food to die for. We had half-board and really enjoyed the breakfast and kaiseki dinner. The free onsen, free snacks, daily wine tasting... We had it all. And of course, the breathtaking views of the Mt. Fuji right from our balcony. "
