"A pleasant cottage, but there is no access to back garden as 2 very large dogs were there. They also scratch / jump at the back door (in lounge) in the middle of the night! Front garden not as pretty as picture with some dog mess and dogs watching through gate. Lastly boiler is in bedroom so you can hear when it comes on. "

"We booked to stay here the day of arrival in Newcastle, due to sudden cancellations of another hotel! As we were up for graduation it was extremely difficult to find somewhere to stay that day as everywhere was booked up. Claire and her team were our saving grace and found an available apartment for us. They went above and beyond to personally drop the keys to us with a bottle of champagne!
