Best Western Melbourne City
3.5 star property
8.2 out of 10, Very good, (1004)
"I had a most enjoyable stay, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. My only small negative is that the shower doorway was not very wide and as a bigger lady I had to squeeze in sideways which wasn’t very pleasant but once in the shower there was plenty of room to move. This would definitely not stop me from staying here again though, because this small negative does not outweigh the positives of my stay. "

"Located 15 min walk from Southern Cross station. Staff were very friendly and helpful during check in and departure. Property was dated but clean. There was a good size bathroom with an excellent shower, and a small kitchenette. Bed was comfortable and A/C worked well and was quiet. Good central city location but the downside was that it was quite noisy outside until very late (I stayed Friday and Saturday so may be quieter during the week). Overall the hotel was very good value and I would stay...
