Close to everything in the CBD, but room was nice & quiet

We stayed two nights and got allotted three rooms. First night could not get in to our room, reception said some one had changed the lock and never notified them. Given another room and too noisy all night no sleep due to loud rumbling noise nonstop. Next morning found our head board was up against the lift walls hence the noise. There was poo from someone’s finger on the bathroom switch’s cleaner did not do a good job. We complained and given another room. This was a better bed and decent pillows so got a good sleep. However other guests don’t think when yelling, giggling in the corridors at 2 am in the morning. Staff were good but would think twice booking in again as rooms to small. On leaving they refused to give us a printed out receipt for us to hand in because we had booked on line.

The staff were rude and unprofessional. Specifically referring to the manager. The room was a terrible set-up. TV hidden in the corner and almost impossible to watch. Small and no view.
